[ The Virtual Corporation ]

ACI, as a subcontractor to North America Telecommunications, Inc. (NATI), is part of a 28 company team collectively providing a full range of IT services throughout FAA regions nationwide. With strong leadership, strong financial underpinning and technical expertise, this “virtual corporation” delivers professional and cost effective IT services.

Our ”virtual corporation” provides outstanding resources available through a core team supported by consulting partners. Our approach provides a blend of skills and experience resident in a team of compatible high-tech firms with a common mission and a common set of structured operating procedures.

[ How to Order ]

All requests for services must go through the FAA Contracting Officer (CO) via a Task Order request. The process is fast and will allow you to easily access needed IT services. Our team has also developed a quick TO quotation system that allows users to get an informal idea of the resource requirements and cost of a given task. The formal TO process is outlined below:

  1. FAA user submits Task Order request to CO
  2. FAA Contracting Officer issues to contractor a Notification of Task Order (Task Order Request for Offer)
  3. Contractor submits a response to the Task Order Request for Offer within 3 working days with: proposed approach, work plan, description of work to be accomplished, required inputs by the Government, estimated effort (labor hours and categories), estimated travel, schedule for completion, listing of deliverables, key personnel and other data as required.
  4. FAA CO reviews, signs and issues formal task order to the contractor
